Below are some helpful hints for those choosing the courses and have no idea where to place their knowledge skills

  • FOUNDATION BAKING CLASSES

     

    This level is recommended for

    • All those who are new to baking, whatever be your age......we teach you from the rudiments of  measuring, mixing, interpreting recipe sheets, purchasing ingredients & equipments. 
    •  Those who have been baking with no formal training [ self taught] 
    •  Those setting up their own home baking  business
    • Those developing & standardizing products or recipes in the food industry

    BASIC KITCHEN SKILLS RECOMMENDED

  • ADVANCED  BAKING CLASSES

     

    • For those who have completed FOUNDATION LEVEL OR for those who have some expertise in baking and have a fairly good knowledge of the topics covered in FOUNDATION LEVEL
  • CAKE BAKING  & ICING

    • Those who have completed Foundation Classes and would like to focus only on cake baking
    • For those who have been baking and would like to brush up their cake baking skills and also learn the art of icing, this a very apt course.
    • Those who have done Foundation & Advanced Classes and wish to learn only icing . The two day Icing class covers the basic of icing in butter cream & fresh cream
    • For Bakers who want to move on to the confectionery department
  • YEAST BAKING

    A two day class for those who love to get their bun & bread making in place.During these two days we teach you handling of yeast, techniques of dough making and  products made from these yeast doughs

    • For those who love to make breads / buns at home, with no background of baking
    • Those who have completed Foundation Classes and want to specialise only in yeast products.
    • And for those who bake & sell from home or their shops

     

  • CONTINENTAL BAKING

    Two day class, covering pastas, few bakes and little of yeast baking

    • For those who would love to just create a Continental Meal, with little expertise in Baking.
    • Before / After/ between Levels of Baking.
    • Starting continental catering from home kitchen or commercial kitchens

                                    BASIC KITCHEN SKILLS RECOMMENDED

  • SPECIALISATION CLASSES
    BASIC PUF PASTRY / BASIC DANISH PASTRY /CAKES / COOKIES / ICING /DESSERTS /BREADS / BUNS/



    The class focuses on one single topic from the any sections of baking. The class is a single session .

    

    • Those who have completed Foundation Class in Baking and would like to focus only on the making of individual products.
    • Those who would like to supply a single products for sales from home / bakery.


                               BASIC KITCHEN SKILLS RECOMMENDED

  • JUNIOR BAKING                 

    Some of the most important and useable life skills may be learnt from baking,during each session the children have fun with hands-on recipes ....

    • For children betweeen the ages of 10 & 16, during holidays.
    • Kids will have their own workstations and ingredients.
    • They will be handling hot things / fire / sharp implements.
    • There are 5 day / 2 day / 1 day classes as per schedules put up.
